We want to make you and your family’s visit to the dentist as easy as possible. Our office is open until 6:30 PM on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for dental appointments that fit your schedule.

We offer direct billing to your insurance company for most dental procedures and insurance providers. If you don’t have dental coverage and would like to discuss financing options, please contact our office for more information. We’ll work with you to make sure you and your family get the dental care you need, when you need it.

Do you offer direct billing?

Yes, we offer direct billing to most dental procedures and insurance providers and will submit claims on your behalf. For more information about direct billing for your insurance provider, please contact our office.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, we offer financing through Dental Card. Most of our patients are approved after completing a quick online application. The interest rate is similar to a line of credit and you’ll make payments directly to Dental Card.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

If you need to cancel your appointment, we require 2 business days’ notice. Cancellations made less than 2 business days before the appointment are subject to a missed appointment fee.

Do you follow the Alberta Fee Guide?

Our prices vary slightly from the fee guide, due to our patient care options like free whitening for life and CEREC same-day crowns. For more details on our fees, please contact our office.

How much does Invisalign cost?

The cost of Invisalign can vary greatly depending on the amount of correction needed. For many patients, the cost is between $4,000 and $5,000 which can be broken down into manageable monthly payments.

What if I don’t have insurance?

If you don’t have insurance and can’t pay for your dental work in full, you can apply for financing. We offer financing through Dental Card.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

If it’s your first time visiting us, we will need to know if you have any health concerns or medical conditions, including a list of any medications you take. Make sure you bring your insurance policy and subscriber number as well.

If you’re concerned about whether your dental insurance will cover certain procedures, we strongly recommend that you contact your insurance company a few days before your appointment.

Is whitening included in an exam and cleaning appointment?

We offer a free whitening for life program. Most patients are eligible as long as your teeth are healthy enough for whitening and there are no fillings or crowns on your front teeth.

Do you do pre-procedure estimates?

Yes, we offer pre-procedure estimates for major dental treatments, as defined by your insurance company.

Is Invisalign covered by insurance?

It will depend on your exact policy, but if you have orthodontic coverage a portion of Invisalign treatment should be covered. Please note direct billing is not available for Invisalign, however we will submit the monthly claims on your behalf is requested.
